Windsor police are seeking two suspects following a home invasion in the city’s east end that occurred on Monday night.

Officers were called to a home in the 1000 block of Ford Boulevard shortly after midnight Tuesday after receiving a report of a home invasion.
Police said the home’s occupant was assaulted by two masked men who entered the residence at 9 p.m., leaving them with minor injuries.

The first suspect was described as a white male, approximately five feet, eight inches tall with a slender build. He was said to have been wearing a dark jacket and black face mask at the time of the incident.
The second suspect was describe as a white male with a slender build, blue eyes, and approximately five feet, 10 inches tall. He was wearing a black track suit, black face mask, and a Detroit Tigers hat.
Police are asking anyone who lives in the area to check their dash-cam or surveillance footage from Dec. 9 between the hours of 8:45-9:45 p.m. for possible video evidence that may assist with the investigation.
