In a world where fearsome monsters wreak havoc on society through magical gates, the future of the human species is bleak. Such is the premise of Solo Leveling which follows eccentric hunters eliminating deadly monsters, digging into the show’s plot thereby bracing fans for something greater with each twist.

Well, now there’s really some great piece of good news for Solo Loveling fans. Kakao Entertainment confirmed that a live-action adaptation of the popular South Korean manhwa is now in development. The announcement comes at a time when the second season of its popular anime adaptation is currently ongoing.

While the live-action project is still in the planning and development stages, no details regarding the cast, production team, or release date have been disclosed at this time.

Majorly, Solo Leveling follows the evolution of its main protagonist, Sung Jin-woo, a member of the Hunters Association, who pretends to be an ‘E-rank’ hunter, the weakest of them all, but in hindsight, he is developing skills with each battle.
