Things appear to be pretty exciting for the rejuvenated MCU right now! With Robert Downey Jr set to get his Victor Von Doom in Avengers: Doomsday and Secret Wars, the gang of misfits in Thunderbolts*, Anthony Mackie getting his titular role in Captain America: Brave New World, and The Fantastic Four: First Steps are all on the horizon, and Kang the Conqueror has become a distant memory already.

We’ve also known that a familiar robotic foe from the MCU’s past is readying a villainous return. Yes, this is no joke! James Spader’s bionic big-bad Ultron is set to make a comeback in WandaVision’s spin-off series Vision Quest led by Paul Bettany. Now, in the latest development, Farhan Tahir is suggested to reprise the role of the villainous Raza, leader of the terrorist organization the 10 Rings who tried to kill Tony Stark in Iron Man.

Details about Vision Quest’s plot remain unclear but it has been under development since 2022 at Disney+. It is touted that Bettany’s Vision will try to regain his memory and humanity in the upcoming series. Also, the end of its WandaVision sister show Agatha All Along indicates that Billy might find his brother Tommy in the upcoming series.

Vision was killed by Thanos in 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War but he returned again in the fake reality created by Wanda in 2021’s WandaVision.
