In 2021, filmmaker-actor Farhan Akhtar announced a film titled ‘Jee Le Zaraa‘ starring Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt, and Katrina Kaif. Since then, fans have been waiting for the film to go on the floors. Last year, several reports claimed that Priyanka Chopra walked out of the project due to scheduling issues. Many reports claimed that the film had been shelved. Amid all this, Bollywood star Alia Bhatt, who is currently promoting her film ‘Jigra’, shared an update on ‘Jee Le Zaraa‘.

In an interview with The Lallantop, Alia said, “There is no schedule right now, no shoot day. Surely it will be made. It’s a film that everybody, whoever are the key players in the film – actors, producers, directors – everybody wants the film to happen.”

The actress further mentioned that the delay in production is due to scheduling conflicts among the cast and crew. She further added that the film is definitely happening. “I think when everyone wants and intends to make the film, it will be made,” added Bhatt.

Talking about her latest film, ‘Jee Le Zaraa‘ co-starring Vedang Raina released on October 11. The actress will be next seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Love And War‘ co-starring Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal. Alia also has Shiv Rawail’s ‘Alpha‘.

On the other hand, Priyanka will be seen in Frank E Flowers’ ‘The Bluff‘, ‘Heads of State‘, and ‘Citadel‘ season 2. When it comes to the third leading lady of ‘Jee Le Zaraa‘, Katrina Kaif was last seen in Sriram Raghavan’s ‘Merry Christmas‘.
