Prince Harry might not be on good terms with his father King Charles III and his brother Prince William, but the love is still there. During the Duke of Sussex’ recent NYC trip, he not only honored his mother, Princess Diana, but also expressed support for King Charles III, according to royal expert Grant Harrold.

Prince Harry sent a ‘message of support’ to his father, King Charles III. “Princess Diana was a massive advocate for so many charities, and Harry has been inspired by that. This trip has seen Harry speak about his mother and her legacy, and it’s definitely a tribute to her,” Grant told InTouch Weekly on behalf of Slingo.

Harrold added, “But he’s also spoken passionately about climate change, which is a cause close to his father’s heart. I have no doubt he was honouring his father too.”

Grant, who served as King Charles’ personal butler from 2004 to 2011, believes that the Duke of Sussex wanted to show support to his father. He also claimed their strained relationship, Harry ‘loves, admires, and respects’ his father.

In September, Harry celebrated his 40th birthday. The royal family members extended birthday wishes to the Duke of Sussex via social media. Reportedly, King Charles III called his son to ‘get things back on track’ between them.
