The image showcases solely the front of the device, particularly the display panel, which features a small punch-hole cutout at its center. While the bezels seem to be narrow, it remains difficult to ascertain their exact dimensions as the device is not yet fully assembled.
The highlight of the event is undoubtedly BOE’s second-generation Oriental Screen, which the OnePlus 13 is set to introduce.
The previous model, the OnePlus 12, was equipped with the first-generation Oriental screen, boasting a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, a resolution of 3168×1440 pixels, a refresh rate of 120Hz, high-frequency PWM dimming at 2160Hz, and a pixel density of 510 PPI.
Li Jie asserts that this “second-generation Oriental screen” will deliver superior performance, claiming it will be “significantly ahead of competitors.”
A recent leak has also disclosed the rear design of the OnePlus 13, which features a distinctive camera area, contrasting with the OnePlus 12’s camera module that integrates smoothly into the device’s edge.
The OnePlus 13 is set to incorporate Qualcomm’s forthcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor, accompanied by 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM.
As indicated by its 3C certification, the device will support 100W wired charging. Reports indicate that it will be equipped with a 6,000mAh battery and will offer 50W wireless charging capabilities.
