Tom Cruise is known for performing his own stunts. He is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film ‘Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning‘. On Tuesday, Cruise shared a BTS photo and video from the upcoming actioner, showcasing his underwater stunt training.
The photo shows Cruise taking a breath from his trainer’s oxygen tank while underwater, illuminated by a large light in the background. Tom shared the photo along with the caption, “The training and preparation we put into this film is a culmination of all before it. From the depths, to the skies, I can’t wait to share more with you.”

Cruise is set to reprise his role as spy Ethan Hunt. ‘Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning‘ will also star Hayley Atwell, Vanessa Kirby, Hannah Waddingham, Simon Pegg, and Esai Morales among others. The film is slated to be released in May 2025.
