‘Love is Blind, Habibi’s youngest couple Dounia and Chafic were embroiled in a heated jealousy conflict, which has now garnered viewer interest. It all began when Chafic revealed he knew Nour, a model and another female suitor, from before the show. The two had interacted via Instagram in the past and the revelation wasn’t well-received by Dounia because Nour had taken a liking for Chafic during the pod segment.
He was number one on the Lebanese model’s list and she had also issued a warning in the female dormitory asking fellow participants to stay away from Chafic, thereby announcing her claim on him. Well, things didn’t work out between the two because Chafic chose to move ahead in the experiment with Dounia.
However, Dounia did not appreciate Chafic interacting with Nour during a group get-together. What made matters worse was Chafic’s picking a fight with Simo, another male suitor, because he brought up their past Instagram encounter. A scene from the get-together also showed Chafic, Dounia, and Nour sitting together with an awkward silence engulfing them. The Nour issue became one of the major topics of disagreement between Chafic and Dounia and fans are blaming the latter for it.
