When ‘Love is Blind, Habibi’ dropped its reunion trailer, fans grew curious to find out if all was well in the paradise for Dounia and Chafic. On the wedding day, the couple mutually agreed they didn’t want to be legally married and rather continue to work on their relationship before taking the massive step. Now, in the reunion episode of the Netflix dating show it was finally confirmed they are still engaged and soon-to-be married.

But after the reunion fans grew unhappy they’re together and the discontent stems from the couple’s clash with Nour, another female suitor. She was mocked and belittled by Chafic, Dounia, and a few other cast members and the internet is holding them accountable.

A user reacted to their relationship on X writing, “I am shocked Dounia and Chafic are still together.”

Another added, “I cannot believe Chafic is the hill Dounia wants to die on. Her first relationship at that? Girl do better.”

One more joined the bandwagon, “Chafic is so childish and so is Dounia. They deserve each other for real.”

Meanwhile, a user said, “Wow so Chafic and Dounia got back /stayed together. OK, bless her heart.”
