It wasn’t that long ago when ‘Love is Blind, Habibi’ couple Dounia and Chafic officially announced their engagement. Now, the internet is speculating there’s some trouble in paradise. The breakup rumours began after Dounia uploaded videos of her birthday celebration but Chafic was nowhere to be found.
Moreover, it appears Chafic did not even wish his ladylove on the special occasion. No birthday tributes or romantic notes were shared for Dounia from his side on social media. It is important to note Chafic and Dounia have neither denied nor confirmed their break up as of yet. It is likely the couple might have enjoyed a private celebration but eagle-eyed fans refuse to believe it.
Amid this, Dounia has added fuel to their breakup speculation by ditching her engagement ring in her latest Instagram post. For those unaware, Dounia is on a solo “healing” trip to Bali, where she has been enjoying going to the beaches and also reunited with her ‘Love is Blind, Habibi’ cast member Asma Sami.
A barrage of fans have bombarded her comment section inquiring about her relationship. A user asked, “What’s up with u and Chafic.” Another wrote, “Are you still with Chafic?”
It is important to note Chafic and Dounia have neither confirmed nor denied their breakup.
