Meghan Markle’s tumultuous equation with the royal family is far away from healing and most of the misgivings stems from the Duchess of Sussex’s explosive interview with Oprah. In perhaps one of the most shocking statements, Meghan alleged that within the royal family, there were concerns and conversations about how ‘dark’ their son Archie’s skin might be when he’s born, accusing her in-laws of being racist.

Meghan highlighted how she felt stifled and silenced by the royal institution and on darkest days she contemplated suicide. There have also been multiple reports about a feud between Meghan and Kate Middleton, which Prince Harry described in his memoir Spare about finding his wife on the floor crying.

Now, a report by Mirror UK suggests, Kate has drawn a “hard line” over her tumultuous equation with Meghan Markle and she is not changing her opinion about it. “They never apologized for their lies. But it’s harder for William because Harry is his brother. It’s a horrible situation all around,” a source told the portal. The insider added, “But Kate feels that Harry and especially Meghan have done enough damage to the royal family and will do even more damage if they’re let back in.”

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry tied the knot in 2018 and stepped down from their royal duties in 2020.
