Kanye West employed a fixer to spy and investigate his ex-wife Kim Kardashian’s family and tailed his current wife Bianca Censori, claims a new complaint filed against the rapper. A Michigan-based ex-staffer, who remains anonymous, filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles on Monday, October 7, on grounds of retaliation, labour code violations, and emotional distress. A report by People suggests the ex-employee is seeking a seven-figure in damages along with unpaid wages.
In the lawsuit, the ex-employee claims he was allegedly ordered to investigate the Kardashian family’s criminal links. Additionally, he also accused the rapper of hiring private investigators to follow and tail his current wife Bianca Censori without her knowledge. The incident reportedly occurred when Censori was visiting her family in Australia on her own.
The plaintiff claimed West threatened him with bodily injury including death when he brought up Donda Academy allegations. The ex-staffer received a call where he learned that children had been abused at the school and seemingly nothing was done to correct or report the problem. “You’re f**king dead to me!” West allegedly told the plaintiff.
Kanye West, Bianca Censori, and Kim Kardashian haven’t made a public comment about the lawsuit yet.
