‘Dubai Bling’ is returning with season 3 on Netflix, bringing along lots of drama. In the teaser, we saw Zeina Khoury receive a t-shirt with the imprinted message “You are not the company.” Well, we know that it is a jab at one of the iconic lines that Khoury said during her beef with cast member Ebraheem Al Samadi.
Ahead of season 3’s release, here’s everything that you need to remember about their fight:
Zeina Khoury and Safa Siddiqui visit Ebraheem’s office
Ebraheem Al Samadi snitched to Farhana that Zeina and Safa gossiped about her at a birthday birthday. To confront his betrayal Safa and Zeina reached Ebraheem’s workplace. In a confessional, Zeina branded him, “Two-faced, and now, to me, he’s a spy. The King of gossip and drama.”
After the visit, Ebraheem promised he’d make Zeina pay one day which he did.
Ebraheem and Danya visit Zeina Khoury’s office
Just like Safa and Zeina, Ebraheem reached Khoury’s office along with another cast member Danya. Ebraheem made a scene at her workplace saying, “I want you to work for me. So I’m here to buy your company.” To which Zeina responded, “I am the company darling.” Well, the confrontation escalated quickly after Danya and Zeina’s fight became physical.
Ebraheem issues apology
In season 2, viewers also saw Ebraheem issue a public apology to Zeina after making a scene at her office. “I am a man and I do make mistakes. This is why I take this publicly to say I apologise for what’s happened. Even though I was not the aggressor, my heart is bigger than any ego. And if Zeina comes one foot closer, I come ten feet closer,” he said. At the time, Zeina called his apology ‘not genuine’ and in response gave him a ‘lousy’ forgiveness.
The beef escalated when Zeina’s husband Hanna also got caught in the crossfire. He called Ebraheem a ‘lowlife’ and ‘coffee boy.’ But by the time, season 2 wrapped we saw the cast member bury the hatched for good.
Forgive and forget what happened was what they wanted to do. So, are Ebraheem and Zeina cool now? Well, it looks like it but you never know.
