Ebraheem Al Samadi is reportedly worth over Dhs 18,36,47,500 ($50 million). He was born in Kuwait and raised in the U.S., where he started his career as a businessman at a young age. He began selling thrifted clothing and items on eBay at 14 years old — an endeavor that earned him one of eBay’s 1000 Power Sellers awards.

In 2015, Samadi acquired Forever Rose London and moved the business to Dubai, where it grew into a multi-million luxury brand. He is now the founder and CEO of the Forever Rose Group, which specializes in selling long-lasting flowers. But that’s not all, Ebraheem has multiple side businesses and he loves to invest in start-ups.

During an interview with Dose of Society, when asked what’s his biggest struggle as a businessman, the ‘Dubai Bling’ star said, “Human management. Managing the people. I have creativity but managing the people was always the main issue because it is sensitive. That’s why I think a lot of companies are going towards AI, it’s because they don’t have to deal with people. And that makes me sad because I do like the human touch. I think AI is good to an extent, but we still need to have that human touch.”

Do you know what’s Ebraheem’s dream? It is to help people start their startups, he said. “I want to give people ideas and concepts. I want my creativity to reach the world. I want people to take advantage of my creativity. I want to open as many companies as possible, not for me, for other people, so that way each one can enjoy the benefits that I enjoy in my life, and they can have a piece of me in their own companies,” explained Ebraheem.

Well, venturing into the business world is never easy and if there’s one advice that he wants to give people facing hardships while starting their business, it would be to not break after failure. “Abraham Lincoln had 72 failed businesses before he became the president of the United States. One failed business is only a lesson. It’s never the end of the road. You always have a new opportunity. And like I said, use it as a lesson and not as a failure,” he concluded.

Ebraheem is popular for featuring in Dubai Bling and now the businessman is gearing up to release his own reality show titled ‘Habibi Ebraheem.’
