Huawei introduced the Mate XT Ultimate Design earlier this month, marking the debut of the world’s first triple-screen foldable smartphone. In response, the international luxury device manufacturer Caviar has unveiled a new series of Huawei Mate XT Ultimate Design models adorned with 24-karat gold.

Caviar offers a bespoke tri-fold design for the Huawei Mate XT, available in two variants: Black Dragon and Gold Dragon. The Black Dragon variant is priced at $12,770 for the 256GB model, $13,200 for the 512GB model, and $13,630 for the 1TB model. In contrast, the Gold Dragon variant is priced at $14,500 for the 256GB version, $14,930 for the 512GB version, and $15,360 for the 1TB version. These limited edition models will be produced in a total of 88 units.
This collection features the Black Dragon and Gold Dragon variants. The customized models are offered in storage capacities of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. The tri-fold device is powered by an octa-core Kirin 9010 chipset and is equipped with a 5,600mAh battery.
The Huawei Mate XT Ultimate Design operates on HarmonyOS 4.2 and features a 10.2-inch flexible LTPO OLED primary display. A single fold transforms the screen into a 7.9-inch display, while a second fold reduces it to a 6.4-inch screen.
This device is powered by the Kirin 9010 chipset. In terms of photography, the Huawei Mate XT Ultimate Design is equipped with a 50-megapixel camera that includes optical image stabilization (OIS), complemented by a 12-megapixel ultrawide camera and a 12-megapixel periscope telephoto camera offering 5.5x optical zoom and OIS.

Additionally, it has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The device is supported by a 5,600mAh battery, which allows for 66W wired and 50W wireless charging. According to Huawei, the Mate XT Ultimate Design is set to be released in global markets in the first quarter of next year.
