BTS’ RM calls out ‘annoying ba*tards’ after Jimin gets scammed by comedian Lee Jin-ho

BTS’ agency, BigHit Music recently confirmed that Jimin suffered a financial loss after lending 100 million KRW to comedian Lee Jin-ho, who admitted to his gambling issues. RM is clearly not happy about it. The BTS leader took to his Instagram Stories to express anger over the incident. While he didn’t directly take Lee Jin-ho’s name, he expressed his feelings by sharing lyrics from his latest album ‘Right Place, Wrong People‘.

He shared lyrics from his song ‘Groin‘ that read, “There are so many annoying ba*tards in the world, so what? Just keep going your own way; there are so many clueless ba*tards in the world.”

Fans also showed their support for Jimin. An ARMY wrote, “Tell them louder Joonie… My man is so done.” Another fan wrote, “Absolutely love how real you are and how you support your brothers.” “Louder Joonie,” wrote a fan. Another fan wrote, “Tell them, Joonie.”

In 2022, Jimin lent 100 million KRW to comedian Lee Jin-ho. The comedian recently admitted to having a gambling problem, revealing that the money Jimin lent him was used for that purpose. Lee Jin-ho admitted to borrowing money from several celebrities, using excuses like family problems.

BigHit Music recently addressed the incident in a statement that read, “Jimin indeed suffered financial damage. All he did was write a promissory note and lent it to Lee Jin Ho.”

Jimin enlisted in the military in 2023 and will be discharged in 2025. The BTS member celebrated his 29th birthday on October 13. He penned a heartfelt note for his fans and thanked them for their love and support.
