In 2023, Shah Rukh Khan starred in 3 films – ‘Pathaan‘, ‘Jawan‘, and ‘Dunki‘. Bollywood’s King Khan will be next seen in ‘King‘. If reports are to be believed, SRK will start shooting for the upcoming action-packed film in 2025. He will be joined by his daughter Suhana Khan and Abhishek Bachchan, who are also a part of the film.

At the Locarno Film Festival in August, SRK revealed that he will be losing weight for the upcoming film. The actor will do crazy action stunts in Sujoy Ghosh’s directorial project. As King Khan’s fans are excited for him to start shooting, reports are rife that he is in talks to sign one more film.

According to a report in Pinkvilla, Shah Rukh Khan might team up with ‘Stree 2‘ director Amar Kaushik for an adventure film. The source revealed, “Amar (Kaushik) and Dinoo (Dinesh Vijan) have a big-ticket adventure film for SRK, and are exploring the possibilities of a collaboration. It would not be a part of the Stree Universe, but mark the beginning of a new one.” For the uninitiated, Kaushik’s latest film ‘Stree 2‘ was released in August and emerged as a blockbuster.

The source further added that SRK has yet to decide whether or not to do the project. Besides this, King Khan is also in talks with Raj & DK for a comic action thriller. That’s not all. The actor is also reportedly in talks with some makers from the South Film Industry for action films, but nothing has been locked yet.

Coming back to ‘King‘, it is expected to be released in 2026. SRK also has ‘Pathaan‘ sequel in his kitty.
